Shipping

Orders received before 4pm Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holidays and Weekends) will be shipped on the same day.  Orders received outside of this time will be despatched on the next business day.  We do not ship overseas from online orders.

Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION (original, unopened, undamaged packaging) within 30 days for Trade Accounts and within 7 days for all Retail sales. Electrical Items, Non-Stocked items (parts ordered in by request) and Lubricants cannot be returned, all other items will incurr a 20% restocking fee. We will issue credit to your account or credit card. For unwanted merchandise, the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.  You must fill in the "Return Goods For Credit Form" and enclose it with the goods being returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
